Steak and Bok Choy

Personal favorite! This is Delish.. 

Things you need: 

One slab of steak feeds 3 people.

Half table spoon ginger garlic paste, 3 garlic cloves, 3 garlic cloves chopped, dried red chili (bigger ones)
salt to taste, thats all u need.
1. Cook in a pressure cooker. Add some garlic cloves and salt.

2. while your meat is cooking in the pressure cooker, prepare your vegetable and chili (asian dried red chili)

3. When the meat is tender and water dried, (i changed my pot because my pressure cooker is really small) add chopped garlic, stir. Then add red dried chilis and stir again. Btw, no oil added here, this is all from the steak.

4. Add bok choy and sprinkle some salt on top cover it for few minutes. 

5.ooo.. bok choy looks good. Now add the ginger garlic paste and cover it on low heat. Mayb less than five minutes. Check and stir and ready to eat. Add salt if needs to.
