black and white with red

Last Day in Fort Irwin. I like :)

Boardwalk at Big Bear

Two weeks back, we went to Big bear for some fresh air and trees. Our initial plan was to go to the Eureka Sand dunes In Death valley but it was too late in the afternoon since my husband had to work in the morning. We stayed there for few hours and drove back the same day. We were super stoked to find a Nepali/Tibetan restaurant. Well.. We went back last weekend when my cousin visited us. Of course, went to the same restaurant again for some more momos (Nepali/Bhutanese/Tibetan dumplings).
Pictures from the boardwalk.
Always little chilly at the mountain near the lake so I paired with a thin shirt from Loft (worn here) and leggins with some comfy shoes. These sketchers are actually ten years old….I don’t keep shoes for that long but I like the style. we met some puppies with their owners, loved this brown puppy called Mr. Brown. He made me happy :D

These cute little duckies was coming towards him thinking he had something to offer :( (Will def. remember to take some bread next time).

Have a great week!!! :)

Fancy doodles

Finally wearing this tights :). I bought this during summer time but couldn’t
wear it because it is actually thick and warm.  which is not bad, because I can wear colors all year round. :)  I just love the print. Its artsy and colorful.

Hi there,Hows it going? Do you love going to thrift stores? ME? yes, I do. Despite the fact that I am kinda allergic to the stores and sneeze a lot, I still go there. :)Anyhow, I found this awesome bag for $3.99 at some thrift store in Vegas while waiting for our car getting oil changed. And I am in love with this bag.I wore it yesterday when we headed to Vegas for my Hubby’s work. (“headed” because we didn’t actually get to go there because my hubby’s assignment got cancelled so we came back from half way to Vegas)

I can see right through you… :)

I got this dress for only for $10 from Cotton on. LOve cotton on. It was just a skeleton of the dress, so I sewed myself a inner dress with a left over fabric. I wore this (minus the jelly heels) for Jason Mraz’s concert that was held in San Diego in September. During the same time when my cousin visited me. Just took me forever to upload this.

DIY Ankle boots

Hi everyone…!! Hows ur Tuesday going?
Things you need for this.
8mm pyramid studs (size is optional, you can make it bigger). I used about 60 on my 61/2 size shoes.
Mod podge glue and black glitter for heels if it is old. Mine was :)
About 2″ of thin wire (only if your zipper stopper breaks)

1. Cut your desired length. Mine was perfect where I cut it because of the belt, it looked perfect. Don’t forget to leave extra space to fold it. You can always cut it more after you put the studs in.

2. Take out the zipper stopper from the cut half of your boot and place it on your ankle length where you want your zipper to stop. (If it BReaks…. NO PROBLEM.. use a string of wire like the picture below. One of them broke on mine :))

3. You can cut half an inch of the liner so it is thin enough when you fold it to pierce through. If it’s still little thick, Do step 2-4.

And after 60 pins!!!!:)) Super Easy….everyone can do it.

And fixed my heels with some Mod Podge glue and black glitter.

Questions?? comment/email me.. :))
Happy DIY!!

boyfriend jeans

I am wearing jeans for the first time in two years since I gained some pounds. :( All my jeans are too tight :( Anyways… I was happy to find these comfy jeans at Kohls. These are by Lauren Conrad. Love her clothes. I was super excited to find these for only $10.00 which was initially $64.00. How awesome is that? It was probably the last one.
I wore these for just casual outing (again) with my hubby during the weekend.
